Our focus remains on the consistent delivery of quality customer service, regardless of the location or size of the site and scope of services offered. As many of our customers live and work with us for months at a time, innovation is crucial to maintain their interest. We achieve this by introducing seasonal ingredients and new retail food concepts which reflect high street trends, backed up by promotions via our bespoke Side by Side Hub App. We have established an enviable reputation and our record stands as testament to this, we make a difference.
We are a team of dedicated and enthusiastic professionals, comprising both operations and functional specialists, supported by our central teams. We are a close knit team whose work ethic lives up to the values of our company. Ultimately we never lose sight of a simple fact – our customer experience is defined and differentiated by our front line employees. We learn together from experience and as we reach every milestone we celebrate our success. We do have a strategic plan, it’s called “getting things done!”

“The food was outstanding and the staff were exceptional, all guests commented on how enjoyable the food was and how friendly and professional the staff were. The company should be extremely proud.”
“Great food offer guys, value for money and well received by the troops in London. Please keep it up!”
“We recently had a Care Quality Commission inspection of the facility which we passed. We are very happy with the professionalism the cleaning team show on a day to day basis and they are instrumental in helping us achieve the standard of cleanliness that we require in a clinical building.”
“Having been supported by many Junior ranks messes over the years, I can say with complete sincerity, that you and your staff have provided the best level of service and food and should be very proud of the reputation you have built up.”
“The food and service was outstanding! I had lots of people come and tell me to pass their compliments on to the chefs. People were so impressed that I think it’s only fair to recognise the achievement on paper.”
“The G1 Audit team from 4 Bde carried out their audit/inspection and no points were raised. They could not even offer recommendations on how to enhance the service you provide. Your knowledge and experience were vital in ensuring that the unit remained compliant.”
“The recent disruption caused by snow was a classic example of your work ethic, managing to restore calm from the chaos of 3 days of lost clinics. Without your ongoing sterling efforts, the RRU would likely cease to run effectively thus impacting our core business of patient care.”
